There’s a quiet ache I know well — the feeling that you’re “too much” and “not enough” at the same time.
Maybe you’ve learned how to hold it all together on the outside, while inside you’re exhausted from second-guessing yourself, battling anxiety, or shrinking parts of who you are just to get through the day.
For years, I wore masks. I said yes when I meant no. I smiled when I felt hollow. I pushed through — thinking that being strong meant staying busy and holding it all in.
But the truth is, I was afraid. Afraid of being seen for who I really was — sensitive, intuitive, emotional… and deeply powerful beneath it all.
It wasn’t until I began to slow down, soften, and reconnect with myself that everything started to shift. Not overnight. Not with a grand awakening. But gently, moment by moment — breath by breath.
That’s what reclaiming yourself really is. It’s not about fixing yourself — it’s about coming home to yourself.
It’s about taking back the parts you abandoned or silenced because they didn’t fit.
It’s about challenging the inner critic that says you’re too much, too sensitive, or too late.
It’s about rising with compassion — not perfection — and beginning again.
